Desi has spent over 20 years in the web industry and has been practicing User Experience (UX) since 2010 becoming a well-known design professional in the process.

Desi went on to validate his in-depth experience by earning the NN/g User Experience Master certification in 2016, specializing in Web Design, UX Management, UX Research and psychology.

Desi is currently Head of UX, in senior management leading the Digital Commerce design team at Victorinox – the makers of the original Swiss Army Knife and is an established international speaker.
